Earlier this month, Nissan wanted to do something special in honor of their Motorsports team taking on the fierce Le Mans circuit once again; the Japanese automaker decided to reunite Mark Blundell, 1990 Le Mans 24 Hours winner, and his Nisan R90CK, the vehicle he drove twenty-five years ago. The grand reunion took place at the Circuit de la Sarthe at the ACO President’s dinner. Blundell was excited to see his race car once again – the R90CK was a legendary vehicle and will forever remain in the Nissan hall of fame. Since then, race cars have changed tremendously; in fact, the 1990 race car measured 4,800mm in length, was 1,990 mm wide and had a height of 1,100 mm in comparison to the race car that was used in the Le Mans circuit this year which weighed a total of 880kg.
